Antioxidant Blackberry Smoothie is not only refreshing but is tremendously healthy too.
Ingredients for Antioxidant Blackberry Smoothie
- Fresh blackberries
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Dates (as sweetener)
- Plant based protein plus fiber hemp seeds.
It’s my most desirable breakfast. However, I enjoy it as my post workout replenishment.
Since its summer, so hydration is the top priority. However, hydrating nutritiously is more justifiable for a good health. So what can be a better option than a homemade fresh smoothie?
When it comes to smoothies I prefer my homemade smoothie. This way I know my ingredients and its nutritional value too.
Also, when I blend smoothies at home I make sure I am using absolutely fresh and organic ingredients.
At the same time I can control the sweetness in the smoothie by adjusting its sugar/sweetener according to my taste. Usually, I add either banana or dates as a sweetener to bump up more nutrition to it.
I can happily say that my entire family is extremely fond of my smoothies especially Yashvi.
She always makes sure to taste all the smoothies that I blend at home. Sometimes, even though her tummy is full yet she would still ensure that it’s tasty and good enough to be posted.
HAHAHHA!
Afterwards she gives me a thumbs up :). Then she tells me “mummy you can post this in the blog”.
It’s hilarious and the most adorable moment of my life. She motivates me immensely at every step. I am happy to have her as my recipe taster at home. She is my favorite.
So coming back to Antioxidant Blackberry Smoothie recipe, it is absolutely delicious and super healthy. Blackberries are one of the healthiest fruits with minimum calories. Therefore, I think smoothies are the best way to consume blackberries in their raw form.
Blackberries are loaded with vitamin C. They are excellent source of soluble and insoluble fiber. They have anti-cancer properties. These also promote good heart health as well as act as immunity booster.
Personally smoothies are my favorite morning meal. It’s not only filling but refreshing as well. Smoothies always boosts back my energy. They also keep me satisfied for a longer time.
Smoothies also help me make right choices for my snack by curbing false hunger pangs.
All you need is 4 ingredients and 4 minutes to enjoy this energizing and revitalizing beverage. It’s a nourishing morning meal that will sustain you until lunch time.
