I love the aroma of fresh brewing coffee. It wakes me up every morning with its tantalizing fragrance and gives a feeling of freshness.

Of course caffeine plays its role to energize me for the rest of the day but as the warm weather is approaching sometimes we need something cool and soothing to beat the heat. Hence, I created this recipe.

Ingredients for Coffee Hemp Smoothie

According to me it is the best bet which satisfies the cravings for caffeine and provides adequate nutrition to the body with hemp milk and super food hemp seeds.

By blending dates into this smoothie I not only sweetened it naturally but added a generous amount of health benefits because dates are rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, Vitamin B6 and many more.

All in all its a protein rich delicious and hydrating beverage for any day of the week. This smoothie is quite regular for me and I usually like to enjoy it as my evening snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hemp milk
  • 4 pitted Mejdool dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.
  • Serve immediately in your favorite glass and enjoy.
