These ingredients are super easy to find in any grocery store. It’s even easier to blend this smoothie. Just throw in the ingredients in your blender and blend it smooth.

I usually prefer hydrating myself with smoothies after my workouts. This smoothie helps in replenishing and recovering the body after the exercises.
No added sweetener:
I sweetened this Pear Spinach Mango Smoothie with only fresh fruits. Its refined sugar free and is absolutely desirable for a healthy nourishing diet.
The combination in this smoothie is filling and keeps you full for longer. It’s a wholesome beverage with many health benefits. It includes the much needed super foods. I regularly blend this smoothie because I usually stock up my kitchen with spinach and banana. In season I stock up my refrigerator with pears and mangoes too. However, in my kitchen pantry hemp seeds and chia seeds are always waiting to be used.

Pear Spinach Mango Smoothie
- 1 whole green pear (seeds removed)
- 1 fresh ripe mango (roughly chopped or 1 cups mango chunks
- 1/2 of whole banana
- handful of baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup water/crushed ice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
- Pour it in the serving glasses and enjoy!
