Pear Spinach Mango Smoothie is hydrating along with smooth delicious flavor. Its a perfect energy drink and is made with real and organic ingredients. Its vibrant color and lip smacking taste is satisfying.

It’s perfect for spring and or summer season especially when mango is at its peak.

This smoothie is also popular among my friends who are also my recipe tasters 🙂 .

This scrumptious smoothie is vegan, gluten free, dairy free and paleo. Moreover, it suits all types of diet and aids in weight loss management as well.

Simple ingredients for pear spinach mango smoothie:

Pear
Mango
Banana
Spinach
Almond milk
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds

These ingredients are super easy to find in any grocery store. It’s even easier to blend this smoothie. Just throw in the ingredients in your blender and blend it smooth.

Tadaaa….. a nutritious and healthy meal is ready within minutes.

I usually prefer hydrating myself with smoothies after my workouts. This smoothie helps in replenishing and recovering the body after the exercises.

No added sweetener:

I sweetened this Pear Spinach Mango Smoothie with only fresh fruits. Its refined sugar free and is absolutely desirable for a healthy nourishing diet.

The combination in this smoothie is filling and keeps you full for longer. It’s a wholesome beverage with many health benefits. It includes the much needed super foods. I regularly blend this smoothie because I usually stock up my kitchen with spinach and banana. In season I stock up my refrigerator with pears and mangoes too. However, in my kitchen pantry hemp seeds and chia seeds are always waiting to be used.

Therefore, I think if you sneak peek in your kitchen right now you might find all these ingredients waiting in your refrigerator and or pantry to be blended together. Ingredients

  • 1 whole green pear (seeds removed)
  • 1 fresh ripe mango (roughly chopped or 1 cups mango chunks
  • 1/2 of whole banana
  • handful of baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water/crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
  • Pour it in the serving glasses and enjoy!
