It’s never easy to serve a nutritious meal to active and fussy eaters at home. A lot of thinking and convincing goes into the effort. Here comes the healthy meal planning into the act to make our work week much more manageable and stress free and at the same time enjoyable. With a written grocery list and weekend preps we get quality family time even on days that are extra busy.
Since I have started meal planning my shopping is always within budget even though I at times enjoy trying some new recipes out of the blue for my blog and my family. The easy format of my meal planner and the healthy recipes along with detailed nutritional information helps me to make sure that my family gets balanced nutrition all throughout the week.
I have provided the meal planner in downloadable pdf document for your convenience to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. I sometimes use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.
I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here. I have shared the detailed dinner plan with recipe links, breakfast and lunch idea also with recipe links in the pdf printable document.
Also don’t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape 🙂
