With the arrival of 2017 I present my first meal plan of the year. I am sharing my goals, eating plan, health tips and mouthwatering nutritious recipes with you all. This year I am focusing on physical strength along with a balanced diet. Balanced diet does not necessarily mean we are eating healthy. The definition of balanced diet is to eat the right types of nutrition that is required by a body for a healthy living. In order to eat a balanced diet it is also important to understand the right way of cooking and explore the healthier ingredients. Hence, I will be focusing on creating nutritious and easy recipes with easily available ingredients, introducing healthy grains making sure to provide the right proportion of protein, goof fat, complex carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins.
And when we talk about eating a balanced diet of course meal planning comes in super handy. I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here. I have shared the detailed dinner plan with recipe links, breakfast and lunch ideas in the pdf printable document.
Also don’t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape 🙂
For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
