It’s time for another meal plan for the new week and to gear ourselves up for the weekend. I am sure most of you have lots of fun plans, while I am planning to renovate a part of my house. I am thinking for some novel arrangements and decorations to uplift our moods. At times changes bring about renewed energy and feelings in life.
So coming back to our healthy meal plan with some more days of summer still lingering around I decided to make lighter meals which would be easy on the stomach without compromising on health or flavors that would satisfy the taste buds as well.
So here, I have provided the meal planner in downloadable PDF document for your convenience to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. I sometimes use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.

For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.
