Hey there! Are you ready for another great week of meal planning? I surely am. With the days longer I am totally motivated to get myself more organized so I can spend some extra time for my workouts outside in the nature.

Right now, I am enjoying visiting the grocery stores flooded with colorful and fresh fruits and vegetables, and farmers’ market about to settle in few weeks. There is so much life everywhere so why waste time in just thinking what to cook?

To make yours and my life easier I have provided the meal planner in downloadable pdf document for your convenience to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you.ย  I sometimes use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but thatโ€™s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.

I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here.ย  I have shared the detailed dinner plan with recipe links, breakfast and lunch idea also with recipe links in the pdf printable document.

Also donโ€™t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape ๐Ÿ™‚

For Mid-Morning Snacks โ€“ include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.

For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.

    I love that you are sharing your weekly meal planning. I love to food shop and meal plan but it is definitely time consuming so if someone could take some pointers or tips from your weekly plan, that is awesome! Thanks
