Cooking at home with the guidance of proper meal planning turns out to be less expensive and more nutritious because you make your best efforts to serve a balanced nutritious meal on the table to the entire family.
Meal planning facilitates proper written grocery list and when you drive to the store once a week you save on gas, time and energy by making fewer trips to the grocery store. A little time devoted in meal planning saves you lot of time and provides better health in the long run 🙂
