Yashvi is super excited. She has a surprise for her daddy. She made a craft project in school and cannot wait to show it to her daddy. I will be missing my daddy on this special day. However, the good news is that I am meeting him later this month. Hence, my father’s day will be on a different date but a very special one.

For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.
