I can’t’ believe I have been able to stick to these healthy meal plans for so long. It’s working out so well for me. My grocery cart is now full of fresh fruits and vegetables and of course within limits, lasting for only a week. I buy condiments only when I really need them. Hence I don’t overstock my spice rack. I don’t have any sealed expired packs in my kitchen pantry. Also my shopping bills are so friendly these days.
My family gets variety of food with balanced nutrition. For me, as a cook, I am much more prepared to cook the delicious recipes. Now, I enjoy see my dear ones lapping up the meals with satisfaction. My biggest achievement for this week was while on the dining table my sweetheart daughter appreciates my cooking and loudly says “Mommy I Love Your Food, its Sooo Nommy” 🙂 this took my heart away and encouraged me to create more healthy, unique and flavorful recipes for my blog and share my meal plans with you all.
I hope these meal plans or meal ideas are working out for you as well and helping you to plan your meals with ease for the week. Feel free to browse through kiipfit.com for more recipe ideas and customize your meal plans 🙂
The meal planner is provided in a downloadable pdf document for your convenience. Feel free to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. Sometimes, I use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.
