I am sure many of us spend some time over the weekend to plan meals though everyone has their own way of meal planning. For some it could be jotting down just the recipe names in a piece of paper and stick it on the refrigerator. For some it might be detailed meal planning with recipe sources, listed ingredients and so on. But all meal planning leads to a systematic written grocery list and some preparations for the entire week.
Meal planning not only eases your work it also steers you away from binging on unhealthy foods during untimely hunger pangs. Not to forget also adds to the food variety demands of family with healthy options.
The meal planner is provided in a downloadable PDF document for your convenience. Feel free to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. Sometimes, I use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.
I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here. I have shared the detailed meal plan with recipe links. Breakfast. lunch and dinner ideas also with recipe links are provided in the PDF printable document.
Also don’t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape 🙂

Meal planning is pretty much the only way I can avoid eating junky snack food all the time. I get sooo busy and before I know it I’m starving and need to eat dinner. All of these dishes look delicious, especially the Orange Habanero Pasta. I love spicy!
