Hey there!!! Are you wondering again what to cook for dinner? I totally agree with your dilemma. Planning part is the toughest of all. My idea of family dinner is to make it healthy, delicious with wide variety of food and balanced nutrition, getting kids involved, at the same time budget friendly, less time consuming and happy faces on the dinner table.
Don’t you all think the same? With these thoughts in mind and the urge to inculcate good healthy eating habits I have provided the meal planner in downloadable pdf document for your convenience to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. Sometimes, I use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.
I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here. I have shared the detailed dinner plan with recipe links, breakfast and lunch idea also with recipe links in the pdf printable document.
Also don’t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape 🙂
For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.

Your menu plan is very healthy! I slack on the health meal plan because there are only 2 people in my house. A lot of times our dinners are “Fend for yourself” since it’s just my husband and myself. That means you eat what you find/cook.

Awe! I hope you get some ideas for healthy recipes from this meal plan.
