Here is another of my meal plans but wait, you don’t have to cook each and every recipe and on exact days. The meal plans are flexible and feel free to change as per your family’s desires. My idea behind meal plans is to provide healthy food variety with minimum repetitions. I share my basic meal plans with basic guidance on how to go about planning. Henceforth, making it easy for you all to make/chose your own meal plans.
If you get a chance to cook any of my recipes do share your feedback with me in my blog via comments. I will look forward to your inputs.
And… now for the week ahead…. if we do some preps over the weekend our lives would be so much easier. Isn’t it? So for your convenience I have provided the meal planner in downloadable pdf document to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. I sometimes use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.
I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here. The meal plan is provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe links in the PDF printable document.
Also don’t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape 🙂
For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.
