Hey there! Are you ready for another great week of meal planning? I surely am. With the days longer I am totally motivated to get myself more organized so I can spend some extra time for my workouts outside in the nature.
Right now, I am enjoying visiting the grocery stores flooded with colorful and fresh fruits and vegetables, and farmers market about to settle in few weeks. There is so much life everywhere so why waste time in just thinking what to cook?
To make yours and my life easier I have provided the meal planner in downloadable pdf document for your convenience to print it and stick it on your refrigerator or save it on your desktop, whatever works for you. Sometimes, I use extra ordinary combinations in my recipes but that’s what my blog is all about, unique healthy recipes.
I have mentioned some healthy snack ideas here. I have shared the detailed dinner plan with recipe links. Breakfast and lunch ideas are also provided with recipe links in the document.
Also don’t forget to read the health tips to stay motivated and in shape 🙂
For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.

I’m so glad I found this post. I’ve been in a rut lately with making dinner. It’s so hard to stay healthy and still have different dinner options. I’m sick of eating veggies and chicken. I’ll def. be taking some of your ideas and incorporating it into my weekly meal plan.
