When I first took a sip I was stunned and amazed at its deliciousness. To confirm my assessment I made my husband drink it. I decided to hide the ingredients from him. He happily gulped down the whole glass. To me surprise he asked for another one 🙂 . I was thrilled with his reaction.
He thoroughly enjoyed it and kept asking me the details and I couldn’t stop smiling to myself.

Another fun and best part about this recipe is that you can be creative with it by adjusting its ingredients as per your taste.
For example – I increased the quantity of fresh chopped cilantro in my drink to ¼ cup to get that extra punch in my drink.
Rohit likes softer tastes so I kept it to the original measurement.
For Yashvi I kept everything at the original measurement and did not garnish with mint leaves.
In all these three situations this Watermelon Cilantro Drink left it’s satisfying and lingering flavor on our tastes buds.
I can’t tell you how big of a fan we are to this day and will continue to consume this beverage till the summer ends 🙂
Watermelon Cilantro Drink
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon chunks
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup pure coconut water
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a blender combine all the ingredients (except mint leaves) and blend smooth.
- Now in the fancy glasses put some mint leaves, some fresh cilantro leaves and crushed ice.
- Pour the drink from the pitcher slowly and garnish with a lime wedge
- Serve chilled.

Notes
- Feel free to add more ginger powder if you like your drinks to be stronger.
- Feel free to slightly increase the measurement of cilantro if you like its strong aroma and flavor.
