It is still snowing in many parts. Here it’s damp and cold in Seattle yet smoothie is an all-time favorite. Smoothies are desired throughout the year and are all weather friendly. They nourish your body after a great workout. Sometimes, they serve as a healthy pre workout snack.

All in all smoothies completely hydrate the body irrespective of the weather outside.

I am on a low sugar diet and its working great for me. I realized that cutting back on sugar has boosted my energy immensely.

This smoothie has become my preferred choice. With no added sugar this beverage satisfies my sweet cravings if ever I get, which is rare these days. It provides my much needed energy to manage my hyper active preschooler.

Also, this smoothie boosts my mood when I am distracted from my healthy routine. Rich in vitamin C this smoothie is a great to go snack and naturally boosts immunity in the flu season.

This sounds delicious, I love anything with coconut. I often just mix oranges and bananas with a bit of coconut as a treat.
