My daughter is super crazy for pomegranates but since she is still a toddler it gets tough for her to chew the seeds so I decided to blend it in a smoothie. And since avocados have the good fats and are required for the body to be able to burn calories hence I combined these ingredients together and the outcome was that the smoothie had no pomegranate color, so I named it colorless pomegranate smoothie. Don’t go by the color because it tastes delicious and my toddler approved it. 🙂
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately. Footnote: If thicker smoothie is preferred use 1 cup almond milk and no water. Then add some crushed ice in the end after blending the smoothie. This smoothie taste best served cold.
