In a food processor, combine dates, hempseeds, coffee powder and salt. Blend it until a dough starts to form. This may take about 3-4 minutes.
Spoon out the dough and divide it into 20 equal parts. Take each part between your palms and shape it round. Place each of them on a flat surface and let them firm up for couple of minutes.
Garnish and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later use.
