Kiwi Honeydew Coconut Smoothie
Kiwi Honeydew Coconut Smoothie is in itself is descriptive. Needless to say much, this smoothie is perfect post workout refreshment. It is thick and filling and sometimes serves as my lunch too.
- 3 cups chopped honeydew melon
- 2 whole kiwi (peeled and chopped)
- 3 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup ice water
