Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 whole banana (peeled)
  • 4-6 pitted dates
  • 3 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth until creamy.

  2. Pour in serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
