Watermelon Ice Cream

I removed the skin of watermelon and cut into medium sized chunks. I placed them in a Ziploc bag and froze it overnight.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and grind until its smooth and creamy.

Blend it super smooth by scraping from all sides.

Spoon it out in a loaf pan and freeze it for at least 3 hours and until it is frozen to your desired consistency.

Scoop with an ice cream scoop and enjoy.
