Vegan White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

I combined oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder and salt. Then, I kept it aside.

I combined white chocolate chips, dairy free milk and vanilla extract. Then, at high for 20 seconds I warmed it up and stirred it vigorously with a spoon to melt.

I poured the melted chocolate and mashed banana into the flour mixture and mixed it well with a spoon.

I folded in more white chocolate chips and dried cranberries into the batter.

I let it rest for 5 minutes at room temperature. This helps in soaking the extra liquid.

I scooped 8 round balls on the prepared cookie sheet and shaped. I placed it in the middle rack of the oven and baked for 20 minutes.
