Pumpkin Smoothie

– 1/2 cup pumpkin puree – 2 cups oat milk – 5 pitted dates – 1 tbsp vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice – 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.

In a blender combine all the smoothie ingredients and blend it absolutely smooth. This may take about 2-3 minutes. Make sure that dates are blended.
