Creamy Vegan Cauliflower Soup  (Instant Pot)

Firstly, I heated oil in my instant pot at sauté mode and sauteed garlic and thyme in it until aromatic.

I tossed in onions and sautéed until golden.

I tossed in cashew nuts until golden.

I sauteed cauliflower florets in it.

I added the rest of the ingredients and pressure cooked at high manual.

Then, I blended it smooth in the blender until creamy.
