Raspberry Brownies

These oil free and vegan Raspberry Brownies are the ultimate chocolaty treat. Its chewy with a crackled top and yet soft from inside that melts in mouth immediately.

Blend raspberries in a blender and strain with the help of a strainer. Discard the leftover pulp.

Melt chocolate chips with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Beat in cocoa powder with the help of an electric hand mixer.

Add raspberry puree to the melted chocolate and beat it again at a low speed with the electric hand mixer.

Fold in oat flour, baking powder, salt and more fresh raspberries to make a thick batter with a pouring consistency.

Pour it in a square brownie pan and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

Immediately refrigerate for 1 hour and slice and enjoy!
