Raspberry Bars

In a nonstick pan combine raspberries, chia seeds and dates and cook.

In a blender combine the cooked raspberries and 2 tbsp. water and blend it as smooth as possible.

In another mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients.

In a blender combine wet ingredients and blend.

Now, fold in wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and make a dough like batter.

shape the dough according to your baking pan.

Add second layer of the blended raspberry.

Top it with crumble and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool and slice.
