Healthy Orange Pancakes (Vegan)

Blend and strain fresh oranges or juice your oranges in a juicer.

Stir in grated orange zest in the orange juice.

In a mixing bowl, I combined whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder and salt and mixed it well.

I added soaked flaxmeal, orange juice, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup in the flour mixture and whipped it into a batter.

I heated a nonstick pan/griddle and poured about 1/4 cup of the batter on it. Then, I shaped it round with the back of a spoon.

I flipped it over to the other side and let it cook again until golden in color.
