Lemon Tahini Dressing

In a bowl, I combined tahini, lemon juice along with its zest, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then, I whisked it.

As soon at it starts to turn thicken, I added maple syrup to it. Then, I whisked it again.

I poured in water and whisked it nicely so that all the ingredients blends well and yet it has a pouring consistency.

I always make this creamy tahini sauce in bulk and keep it refrigerated so I can enjoy my meals with convenience.

This creamy and zesty Lemon Tahini Dressing is perfect on everything and is vegan and dairy free. Drizzle it over your salad or roasted veggies or spread it in your burger or simply use it as a dip.
