Crispy  and  Cheesy Green  Pea  Fritters

I roughly crushed the green peas in a food processor.

I spooned it out in a mixing bowl and I added red bell pepper and seasoning to it.

I folded in nutritional yeast and both the variety of vegan cheese into it.

I made round flat patties and placed them on a warm greased nonstick pan.

I flipped them gently, to the other side and let them cook again.
