Instant Coffee Smoothie Bowl  with  Chia Seeds

I added hot boiling water to the coffee powder in a cup and stirred it. I let it brew for few minutes.

In a blender, I combined almond milk, chia seeds, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract and brewed coffee.

I blended it absolutely smooth and creamy.

I poured it in the serving bowls and refrigerated for 5 minutes to settle and thicken.

I took it out of the refrigerator and topped it with fruits ad nuts.
