Orange Coconut Breakfast Chia Pudding (Vegan)

I squeezed out fresh orange juice. I used my blender to blend the oranges and then strained them.

I vigorously whipped up chia seeds in the blended coconut orange juice and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.

Just before serving, whisk it again and spoon it in the serving jars.  Garnish and ENJOY!
