These nutritious and satisfying Choco Black Eyed Bean Bites are great pre-workout snack. Along with being vegan these are gluten free and refined sugar free. Therefore, it's suitable for almost all types of diet.

115oz can of black eyed beans/peas(drained and rinsed)
1 1/2cupsraw walnuts
1/2cuppitted dates(about 7)
4tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
2tspvanilla extract
1/4tspsalt
1/4cupdairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients (except chocolate chips) in the food processor and process it until it forms a dough like texture. Open the lid and test if the dough sticks to each other.
Take you the dough in a bowl with the help of a spatula.
Now, toss in chocolate chips to the dough and roughly mix.
Divide the dough into 11 parts and make round balls with the help of your palm.
Enjoy immediately or save it for later.
Notes
These bites can be stored in an air tight container at room temperature for about a week or in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks.
Black eyed beans and black eyed peas are the same so use the canned ones to get the recipe correctly.
