Apricot Cucumber Chia Smoothie
Apricot Cucumber Chia Smoothie is hydrating, refreshing and low inn calories. This smoothie has the required proteins and is perfect for sunny summers.
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 whole cucumber (peeled)
- 1 whole fresh apricot (seed removed)
- 2 cups pure coconut water
Soak chia seeds in warm water for few minutes.
While chia seeds are cooling assemble all the ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.
Lastly, add chia seeds to the blender and blend again as smooth as possible.
Pour into serving glasses and enjoy chilled.
