Salted Caramel Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (melted) (to garnish)
  • 10-12 vegan marshmallow (to garnish)


  • In a blender combine all the ingredients (except the garnishing ingredients) and blend it smooth. 
  • In a bowl melt the chocolate chips. If it's too thick add 1 tbsp of water to bring it to the right consistency. Now, turn the serving glass upside down and dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate. Press it down nicely to coat the rim of the serving glass with the melted chocolate very well.  Repeat the same process with the rest of the glasses.
  • Thereafter, pour the smoothie equally in all the glasses and top them with marshmallows.
  • Enjoy this smoothie immediately.
