In a food processor combine all the ingredients and blend it until smooth and creamy.
Spoon it out in a serving bowl and let it stand in the room temperature for a minimum of 10 – 15 minutes.
Serve with your choice of crackers and veggies.

This recipe yields about 1 cup of dip.
This dip tastes best with carrot sticks.
Make this dip ahead of time and let it stand in the room temperature until ready to serve. The longer it stays the better it tastes.
If purple kale is not available baby kale can also be used in this recipe. In that case the color of the dip will change and the taste might be slightly subtle, since green baby kale has a mild flavor as compared to purple kale.
