When the seeds start to crackle add tofu and cook until light golden in color.
Add onion, red and green bell peppers. Mix and cook for 1 minutes.
Add rest of the ingredients and cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm over brown rice and enjoy.
Olive oil can also be used in this recipe if you do not have sesame oil. I have used olive oil in my video and sesame oil in the previous version of the recipe. Both ways the recipe would taste the same.
