Jalapeno Cheese Pasta
Jalapeno Cheese Pasta is thick, creamy, rich and decadent meal for any day of the week. It’s easy and takes no more than 10 minutes to be served on the table.
In a blender combine hemp seeds, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt and ¼ cup chopped jalapeno. Blend it until smooth and creamy.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the rest of the jalapeno for few seconds or until golden. Pour the blended jalapeno cheese sauce into it. Cook for couple of minutes stirring continuously until few bubbles. (Don’t let it dry).
Turn off the flame and toss in cooked pasta.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
- I included the seeds of jalapeno to spice the cheese sauce a bit. Feel free to remove the seeds to reduce the spice level of this pasta if desired.
- I used carton unsweetened coconut milk form company SO.
