  • In a blender combine all the ingredients (except slivered almonds) and blend it smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie in the serving glasses and garnish with slivered almonds.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Unsweetened almond milk can be also be used instead of coconut milk if desired. 
  • homemade pumpkin puree works fine here.
