Ingredients

  • 2 whole persimmons (deseeded)
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 6 whole pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • In your blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth
  • Lastly, pour the smoothie in serving glasses. The, garnish with more hemp seeds.
  • Then serve immediately. 

Notes

Make sure to use ripe and sweet persimmons for this smoothie. Incase if persimmons are not very sweet you may increase the pitted dates up to 7-8 as per your taste.
