Ingredients

  • 2 whole persimmons (deseeded)
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 6 whole pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. In your blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth

  2. Lastly, pour the smoothie in serving glasses. The, garnish with more hemp seeds.

  3. Then serve immediately. 

Recipe Notes

Make sure to use ripe and sweet persimmons for this smoothie. Incase if persimmons are not very sweet you may increase the pitted dates up to 7-8 as per your taste.
