  • In a blender, combine fresh watermelon chunks, date, ginger, mint leaves and almond milk.
  • Blend it until smooth and creamy (may take about 1 minute).
  • Pour the blended smoothie in the serving glasses and garnish with few fresh mint leaves. Enjoy immediately.

  • Feel free to add more dates as per your taste but make sure dates do not overpower the taste of watermelon.
  • Any dairy free milk of your choice can be used in this recipe.
  • You may add 1 tbsp of hempseeds to increase its protein content without changing its taste.
