Cherry Apricot Red Grapes Smoothie is a delicious mix for a variety of fruits and dairy free milk. Its refreshing, hydrating and nutritious at the same time. It's a great 5 minute vegan breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries - about 16 (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup fresh red grapes - about 40
  • 1 whole fresh apricot (seed removed)
  • 4 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup unsweetened flax milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
  • Pour it in the serving glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • This smoothie tastes best when served immediately.
  • I liked flax milk in this smoothie but you may use oats milk as well.
