1 cup fresh cherries - about 16 (seeds removed) 1 cup fresh red grapes - about 40 1 whole fresh apricot (seed removed) 4 large fresh basil leaves 1 cup cold water 1 cup unsweetened flax milk 2 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
This smoothie tastes best when served immediately.
I liked flax milk in this smoothie but you may use oats milk as well.
