Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups pomegranate kernels/seeds (fresh/frozen)
  • 2 small whole oranges (peeled)
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or as per taste
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This may take about 3-4 minutes.
  • Strain the punch and serve with lots of ice.
