Vegan Chocolate Cookies

I mixed together oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. I mixed it well so that all the dry ingredients blend well together.

I whipped in melted chocolate, soaked chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and formed a thick batter.

I folded in chocolate chips to the batter and mixed it again.

I placed 10 round batter on the prepared cookie sheet. Then, I flattened them from the center and garnished them with more chocolate chips and baked.
