Tofu Nuggets

In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, water and sriracha sauce. mix and fold in tofu. Let it marinate for sometime.

In a another bowl combine combine milk, brown rice flour and apple cider vinegar and whisk it into a batter.

Prepare panko mixture by seasoning it with nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic, salt and onion powder.

Dip each marinated tofu into the batter and roll it in panko mixture. Repeat this twice for every tofu piece and place them on a prepared baking sheet.

I placed it in the middle rack of the oven at 400-degree Fahrenheit and baked it for 45 minutes or until brown and crisp.
